Assistant Project Manager Intern

The Assistant Project Manager Intern will help coordinate and track the day-to-day of projects moving through the office and manufacturing floor. You will coordinate between Project Managers, Engineers, Purchaser and Shop Supervisor to help ensure project schedules are maintained and production runs smoothly. You will assist Project Managers and the Shop Supervisor with entering and tracking data in our manufacturing tracking system (INNERGY). This role is designed for students studying Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design or a related field to gain hands‑ons experience in the AEC industry. Responsibilities Maintain detailed project documentation such as RFI Logs, Change Order Logs and meeting minutes Coordinate staff calendars and external meetings Communicate project information to installers and subcontractors as needed Provide data entry assistance in INNERGY, such as CRM and materials library Assist Project Managers with keeping project tracking up to date, inclusive of work order progress, purchasing requests, critical date scheduling etc. Assist with field dimensions and condition verification on local projects Identify and alert the team to possible project risks such as long lead items, schedule disruptions, scope changes etc. Represent yourself and Casework Logic well to clients and industry partners Required Skills MS Word and Excel Highly organized Attentive to detail Flexible and able to manage a dynamic workload with shifting priorities Basic proficiency reading construction and shop drawings Team oriented, unafraid to ask questions and collaborate Additional Skills Bluebeam Revu Bilingual English/Spanish Drafting or 3D modeling (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp etc.) Part Time (15-20 hours/week) Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Woodweb
