R&R Collaborative Therapy Services, based in the Kansas City area, seeks a highly experienced Lead BCBA for a full-time, hybrid in-person role. You will lead training initiatives, mentor BCBAs and Senior RBTs, and collaborate with the onboarding team to integrate new hires. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a BCBA, a Master’s degree or higher, and a passion for coaching others while managing a supervisory caseload across in-home, school, and provider settings. #J-18808-Ljbffr R&R Collaborative Therapy Services
