Payroll Specialist

SDL is partnered with a construction firm in need of a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist. This person will manage weekly payroll for approximately 500 employees. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with construction and/or union payroll and a strong understanding of related compliance requirements. Responsibilities Process accurate and timely weekly payroll for ~500 employees Manage construction and/or union payroll, including wage rates, deductions, and benefits Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries Maintain payroll records and support audits and reporting as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience Required experience with construction and/or union payroll Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to meet weekly deadlines Knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr SDL Search Partners
