Remote Behavioral Health Case Manager

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Minnesota

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Minnesota is looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join their Care Management team. This remote role involves providing case management services to members, conducting assessments, and developing care plans that support members’ health. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse or a licensed behavioral health professional with at least 3 years of experience and excellent communication skills.
