Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist - Outpatient. Rockford, IL. Days.

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active-whether they are recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois state physical therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with evaluation, plan of care development, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary coordination and patient engagement.
