This role will support healthcare providers in delivering both virtual and in-person care, focusing on functional medicine.ResponsibilitiesConduct virtual and in-person patient visits, gathering vital signs and health information.Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and telemedicine standards.Assist providers with patient education, medication management, and follow-up care for both virtual and in-person appointments.Coordinate with Referral Coordinator to process patient referrals, scheduling, and ensure timely follow-up for all visits.Utilize telehealth platforms and EMR systems to ensure continuity of care across both virtual and in-person settings.Scheduling new patient appointments and follow up visits.Lab drawsSupplement management.QualificationsMust be a graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program with an active certification.Current BLS
