Job Description

• Ensure paper or raw materials (inks, glues, etc.) are loaded into feeders, hoppers, bins, etc. to supply a constant flow of materials while the equipment is running
• Make adjustments to equipment such as feeder mechanism based on the size of the paper
• Deliver equipment components such as plates or spray heads to the equipment for installation
• Recycle old/discarded plates
• Provide basic assistance as needed to make-ready the equipment for operation
• Assist with retrieving plates, hanging plates and recylcling/storing plates and other tasks associated with make-ready of the plates

Qualifications

• Requires basic knowledge of presswork procedures and materials learned through on the job training
• Ability to follow instructions to assist in press set up, operation and maintenance
• Able to operate hand carts, pallet jacks, stackers, and hydraulic feed mechanisms

The rate of pay for this role at the noted location is $18.20 per hour. In addition to base pay, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include, overtime, shift differential $2 more for 2nd shift and $3 more for 3rd shift, call-in, and stand-by pay.
