The pay ranges from $50k to $60k per year. You'll support the Restaurant General Manager by overseeing daily operations, scheduling the crew, ordering supplies, and training the team. • Ensuring smooth shift execution, compliance with health/safety rules, and controlling labor and food costs
• Hiring, training, mentoring, and scheduling the team to deliver top-notch customer service
• Resolving customer concerns and creating a friendly, efficient guest experience
• Being the RGM's right-hand person and stepping up when they're away

To rock this role, you'll need prior food service or retail management experience, as well as strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
