From Daytona Beach, Melbourne, West Palm Beach, Boca, Delray, Ft. Lauderdale & Surrounding Areas
- Overtime Building Maintenance is growing and looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team!

Open Positions:
- Day Porter
- Cleaner (General Cleaning Technician)
- Night Cleaner
- Floor Technician (Strip/Wax/Carpet Care Experience Preferred)
- Floor Technician Assistant
- Area Supervisor
- Janitorial Staff
Job Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to:)
- General cleaning (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal)
- Restroom sanitation and restocking
- Floor care (sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping/waxing)
- Maintaining clean and safe environments in commercial buildings
- Following cleaning checklists and company standards
- Reporting issues to supervisors or management
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual individuals
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus (but not required for some roles)
- Floor tech experience required for Floor Technician role
- Supervisory experience preferred for Area Supervisor role
- Must have reliable transportation
