Even more so.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGBe the go-to HR partner for studio leaders and employees, a trusted advisor who tells it straight and gets things doneHandle the full spectrum of employee relations: performance management, coaching, concerns, investigations, and everything in betweenHelp new team members hit the ground running through onboarding and training supportKeep leaders sharp with coaching, policy guidance, and HR best practicesStay current on employment law and HR best practices to keep our managers and employees well-supported and protectedTranslate company-wide people programs and initiatives into practical, day-to-day application for the Grover teamCollaborate with our Light & Wonder global People Capability team to drive real, positive changeOwn offboarding end-to-end, ensuring departing employees are treated with care and managers have what they need to close out transitions cleanlyKeep compensation, benefits & HR programs running smoothlyWHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree or equivalent real-world HR experience2-5 years in Human Resources (you know your stuff)A natural ability to connect with people at every level and actually influence themCool-headed judgment when situations get complex, emotional, or sensitiveA solutions-first mindset with strong business instinctsAdaptability, you thrive in change, not just survive itGenuine passion for people and a commitment to doing right by themWHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HEREWe believe work should be fun, purposeful, and worth showing up for.
