Stuteville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Poteau is looking for a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our dealership's new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for an automotive professional who knows how to drive sales, develop a team, manage inventory, desk deals, appraise trades, and deliver an excellent customer experience. What We Offer Strong earning potential Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation and sick leave Long-term career and advancement opportunities Supportive, team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities Lead and manage both new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations Desk deals and assist the sales team in structuring transactions Achieve dealership goals for sales volume, gross profit, inventory turn, and profitability Hire, train, coach, supervise, and motivate sales staff Appraise trades and make sound vehicle acquisition and disposition decisions Assist with new vehicle inventory management and ordering/acquisition Manage pre-owned inventory, including pricing, aging, reconditioning, and wholesaling Maintain knowledge of manufacturer incentives, rebates, sales programs, and requirements Monitor sales performance, Internet lead follow-up, and customer satisfaction Control selling expenses and identify opportunities to maximize department profitability Professionally resolve customer concerns and maintain strong CSI performance Work effectively with other dealership departments while ensuring dealership policies and applicable regulations are followed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of automotive sales management experience required Previous automotive retail sales experience required Experience with both new and pre-owned vehicle sales operations preferred Experience desking deals and working with manufacturer incentives, rebates, and sales programs Experience appraising trades and managing pre-owned vehicle inventory and pricing Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills High standards of honesty, integrity, accountability, and customer service Reynolds & Reynolds and/or Chrysler/Stellantis experience is a plus Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Ability to successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to a workplace where everyone is respected and valued.
