Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical

Location: Gallatin, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30, with weekend hours every other weekend or as needed.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a Level III Trauma Center environment, ensuring the well-being of adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in staff meetings and continue professional development.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license in Tennessee.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in Medical/Surgical.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications are required.
