About the Position: This is a time limited position. The Quality Control Specialist II position will function as a Management Information Systems and Electronic Benefit Transfer Analyst. This position is responsible for performing various levels of positive and negative testing to verify the WIC systems are ready for implementation in production environments. This position will assist the Management Information Systems and Electronic Benefit Transfer Operations Manager with providing technical assistance, training field staff on any day-to-day system issues, testing of new releases, upgrading systems, and developing user documentation which includes, but not limited to, system reference manuals and training materials.
What you'll need to be Successful: Must have excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal and decision-making skills, and strong verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to multitask and adapt to situations quickly and effectively. Must be able to operate as a member of a multidisciplinary team and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications: Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5+ years of IT experience with emphasis in quality assurance, control and testing.
