Your Role Warehouse Associates play a critical role in the success of our business and are essential to ensure smooth and efficient operations of our branches. The target is to ensure customer service excellence. Duties and Responsibilities Pulls assigned orders, has orders double checked for accuracy. Safely loads order on vehicle for delivery, safely drives route when needed. May be required to deliver products to customers using Grabber vehicles. C oordinates with delivery drivers to complete process. Assists in shipping and receiving, loading, and unloading trucks. Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory. Assist in monthly cycle count. Responsible for complying with OSHA and Grabber Safety Standards. Responsible for monitoring equipment condition and reporting service needs to the Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager. Provides support to Customer Service Reps and Delivery Drivers. Interacts with customers and Branch staff. Performs a ll other duties as assigned. Minimum Job Qualifications Warehouse Experience preferred Ability to obtain DOT card upon hire Lift and carry capabilities - 50 lbs . Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Certificate of Operation for Equipment Must be able to understand and communicate in English to follow safety instructions, operational procedures, and engage with customers. Work Conditions Warehouse, Outside, Jobsites Consistent lifting, must be able to kneel, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
