Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager III to support the International Customer Excellence PMO team in coordinating global marketing strategies, business transformation initiatives, strategic programs, and product launches within the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, project governance, stakeholder communication, and project performance tracking across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate PMO activities to support project delivery across multiple functions, regions, and global teams.
- Maintain project management processes, tools, reporting methodologies, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with international commercial and marketing teams to coordinate project activities and deliverables.
- Support risk management, resource planning, and performance tracking for strategic initiatives and product launches.
- Prepare project status reports, summaries, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings, workshops, town halls, and leadership sessions.
- Track project milestones, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders across different regions and functions.
- Support business transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing matrixed, cross-functional, or global projects and programs.
- Experience in business transformation, strategic initiatives, or product launches.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to engage with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders in a global environment.
- Familiarity with PMO methodologies, project management tools, and frameworks.
- Strong project reporting, coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Pharmaceutical industry and marketing experience preferred.
- Experience supporting international initiatives or global marketing teams is a plus.
- Project management certification is an advantage.
