Job Title

Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Telemetry (Travel)

Location

Biddeford, ME | Inpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM | Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 56-bed Medical Surgical Telemetry unit serving a general med/surg telemetry patient population
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:4–5 on days and 1:5–6 on nights
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
• Float to other med/surg units as needed
• Fulfill call requirements of 2 twelve-hour call shifts per 13-week contract
• Complete all required education modules through the facility's LMS system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient Medical Surgical Telemetry experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Ability to work night shifts; note that Christmas time-off requests cannot be accommodated for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Prior travel nursing experience in a med/surg telemetry setting
