Marketing Assistant - Entry Level

We're looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join our growing event marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in marketing, events, brand promotion, customer engagement, and team leadership . You don't need years of experience or a marketing degree to succeed here. We're looking for personality, enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic . We provide training and hands-on coaching to help you develop valuable skills and grow within the company. What You'll Do As a Marketing Assistant, you'll work alongside our event marketing team to help create engaging experiences that connect consumers with well-known brands. Your responsibilities may include: Representing client brands at events, retail locations, community events, and promotional campaigns Engaging directly with customers and creating positive brand experiences Supporting event setup, execution, and breakdown Learning and implementing marketing and promotional strategies Assisting with customer outreach and lead generation Helping coordinate promotional events and campaigns Tracking campaign results and providing feedback to the team Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development Working with team members to achieve campaign and client goals Taking on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills What We're Looking For No previous marketing experience is required.
