About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Business Transformation to spearhead the redefinition and enhancement of traditional business functions. The successful candidate will be tasked with challenging the existing operational paradigms, driving innovative thought leadership, and ultimately leading the organization to improved operational efficiencies and a more agile, responsive market presence. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with senior leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and enterprise architecture to ensure the seamless execution of transformational and business expansion initiatives. The VP will also play a critical part in the transition to a new core processing system, working with IT and operations teams to maintain operational integration and support the deployment of new technologies and processes. Applicants for the Vice President of Business Transformation position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related analytical field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 7 years' relevant work experience, including at least 5 years' in healthcare or managed care operations, is required. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in large, cross-functional projects, strong management and prioritization skills, and a deep understanding of new and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, be adept at influencing and coordinating with diverse partners, and possess exceptional data and system skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders with a diplomatic and discreet approach is a must.
