Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Utilizing radiographic and CT techniques to secure high-caliber diagnostic images for physician evaluation
• Collaborating closely with radiologists and the wider healthcare team to assure precise diagnoses
• Effectively positioning patients and fine-tuning equipment for ideal imaging
• Ensuring adherence to radiation safety protocols for the well-being of patients and team members
• Keeping meticulous records, including imaging logs and routine equipment maintenance
• Delivering empathetic patient care throughout the imaging process
• Playing a key role in fostering a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment

Education and Credential Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
• Completion of an accredited radiology program is required

Certification Essentials

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is a necessity
• Current BLS certification or willingness to acquire it within 90 days of hire
