Job Description Serve as a market-level credit product expert and direct management of a team within Credit Products. Structure and advise clients on types of credit and credit-related transactions, managing execution of credit related products, including ACH, FX, EF, and derivatives. Manage diligence, approval, and negotiation of all legal documents, partnering with the Relationship Banking team to identify and drive revenue. Directly responsible for managing a portfolio of borrowers, maintaining ongoing communication with clients. Collaborate with RMs and product partners (TM, FX, DCM) to assess credit needs, generate ideas, and deliver integrated solutions. Structure credit transactions within the bank’s credit risk appetite; lead internal whiteboarding and diligence sessions. Drive the internal credit approval process, loan documentation, and closing. Manage a team of employees handling all aspects of the credit process, including training, mentoring, and development of junior talent. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $147,840.00 – $274,560.00. This role is incentive eligible.
