This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory integrity and smooth day-to-day operations across multiple departments. - Reconcile driver invoices, payments, and delivery documentation
- Audit invoices for discrepancies, pricing changes, and accuracy; update systems accordingly
- Verify payments, balance accounts, and provide accounting with accurate remittance details
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, and system reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies including shortages, damages, and missing documentation
- Complete inventory adjustments following thorough research and validation
- Track inventory trends, variances, and adjustments; identify root causes and implement solutions
- Generate reports on inventory accuracy, discrepancies, and stock levels
- Oversee receiving and put-away processes to ensure accurate and timely system entry
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve shipment issues, delays, and damages; track ETAs
- Process returns, issue credits, and ensure accurate inventory reintegration
- Maintain organized records for audit readiness, including scanning and documentation
- Develop and enforce inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, accounting, purchasing, and warehouse teams
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control
- Strong background in invoice reconciliation, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution
- Experience in NetSuite and/or Sage (required)
- Experience managing high-volume inventory and documentation workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet overtime demands
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
