They are responsible for designing and implementing a project's Cloud PPM and Financials Leadure. In addition, they define the structure. A Delivery Lead needs to know all the different aspects of Business Solution Delivery and have robust application knowledge.Your Role: Design and validate a complex Oracle Cloud PPM and ERP Leadure and ensuring its successful implementation. Work as a stream lead with client's senior leaders in major client organizations. Help validate Cloud PPM Capability to the end customer and our internal verticals. Assist in gathering requirements, discoveries, whiteboarding solutions, and product demos. Help be responsible for the Finance stream in E2E Oracle SaaS Transformation engagements with hands-on experience and manage a team to deliver the stream. Assist with putting together the proposals and bids for Cloud PPM and Financial opportunities. Help develop proprietary solutions by harvesting unique solutions delivered in the engagement.Your Skills and Experience: Experience in Cloud PPM Suite, General Ledger, Expenses, Accounts Payables, and Receivables. Cash Management, Collections, and Financial Accounting Hub experience is plus. Strong experience in Oracle SCM and CRM fair understanding and its integrations with Finance Modules. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Strong consulting experience and analytical skills to guide the implementation team to lead fit-gap analysis, business process designs, define testing strategy and cutover activities. Leading practices knowledge and comprehensive knowledge of a particular technical specialty or industry.Compensation: The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $103,879 - $282,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
