Candidate Pay Rate: $85 - $59.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create personalized occupational therapy treatment plans tailored to their functional needs and goals
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve strength, coordination, fine motor skills, and activities of daily living
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to maximize patient independence
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, home exercise programs, and adaptive strategies
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team for seamless, coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinic standards and regulations
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
- Current CPR/BLS certification (if required by the clinic)
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in occupational therapy assessment and treatment planning
- Proficiency with adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Time management and documentation skills
