Senior Technical Product Manager Platm

WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage the strategy of Core to drive adoption of new and existing users, Avalanche, and the broader ecosystem Drive product development from conception to launch Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product to develop and execute the roadmap Manage concurrent projects across multiple work streams requiring input from internal and external stakeholders Oversee cataloging and resolution of reported bugs and required maintenance Ensure delivery is progressing against key milestones and KPIs Build on existing crypto knowledge by staying up to date on market trends both generally and within Avalanche WHAT YOU WILL BRING A deep understanding and passion for crypto (L1s/L2s, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, DePIN, AI etc.) 3+ years of technical product management in fintech, blockchain or cryptocurrency businesses Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills Demonstrated project management skills Extensive analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills Previous experience building software products A growth mindset and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Personal alignment with the Ava Labs and Avalanche missions NICE TO HAVE Previous experience as a developer or UX/UI designer Demonstrated history of contributing to or participating in crypto projects Experience working in a start-up environment Salary Range: $126,600 to $158,200 (**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
