Residential Service Technician
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Residential Service Technician. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC components. Your expertise in residential systems will be instrumental in exceeding customer expectations.
Compensation & Growth
- $20 - $32 per hour, depending on experience
- Performance-based Incentives
- Level 3 Technicians qualify for 5% commission on eligible sales

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose high humidity, standard high to low voltage and communicating systems.
- Provide maintenance on single stage, 2-stage, mini-split and variable speed systems.
- Conduct quality checks through the process upon completion to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure all work meets company standards for safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress in ServiceTitan.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
- 5-7 years' experience in HVAC industry
- Current Universal EPA certification
- Current TDLR registration
- CRM software experience; ServiceTitan preferred
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
