Outside Sales Representative – Pest & Wildlife Services – Expand Regional Accounts for Pest Proof Pest Management

Job Overview

• Company: Pest Proof Pest Management
• Salary/Pay Rate: $120,000 per year (Salary + Commission)
• Note: This is a commission position. 60 Days of training pay at $500/week for 60 days + commission if they start selling early (when experienced)

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital growth driver for our market presence by building strong community connections. This role allows you to take true ownership of a territory while directly collaborating with company leadership. You will have a direct impact on protective structural health by providing modern prevention solutions.

This is an in-the-field role, not a traditional office-based position. The Territory Sales Representative will spend most of their time visiting properties, meeting with customers, conducting inspections, and building relationships in the community. Candidates must be comfortable occasionally handling or working around pests, wildlife, and related property conditions during inspections and service discussions.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Generate premium leads by networking with realtors, property managers, and home builders.
• Conduct thorough on-site property evaluations to identify active pest and wildlife risks.
• Present customized structural remediation and exclusion strategies clearly to clients.
• Secure long-term service contracts through consistent follow-up and relationship nurturing.
• Protect brand reputation by delivering highly ethical, transparent service presentations.
• Achieve consistent monthly sales growth targets using modern outreach techniques.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Confident public communication skills with a focus on consultative sales techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage daily outreach schedules and territory logistics.
• Proven track record of relationship building with business professionals or homeowners.
• High level of personal accountability and professional presentation in the field.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field of study.
• 3 years of successful field sales or account management experience.
• Experience utilizing smart devices for daily CRM tracking and client communication.
