Patient Services Specialist - Front Desk & Scheduling

The Ohio State University Physicians, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate for OSUP Community Medical Group in Columbus, OH. You will greet patients, register and check-in, update demographics and insurance, and support scheduling and payments in a fast-paced clinic. Responsibilities include answering calls, relaying messages, coordinating referrals, processing co-pays, and assisting with daily office tasks under supervision.
