Join a dedicated team of professionals committed to providing exceptional care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.

As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab, you will play a critical role in patient care and procedural support. You will be responsible for:

• Performing patient assessments and continuous monitoring before, during, and after procedures
• Administering medications, including moderate sedation, per physician orders
• Assisting physicians during invasive cardiovascular and peripheral procedures
• Monitoring cardiac rhythm, hemodynamic status, and patient response
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate care plans
• Providing patient and family education related to procedures and recovery
• Participating in Cath Lab on-call rotation for emergent procedures
• Documenting nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Promoting effective communication and a respectful, collaborative work environment
• Precepting and mentoring staff and students as assigned
• Participating in shared governance and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements for this role include:

• Current AHA BLS and KS or multistate license
• Recent Cath Lab experience (within the last year) with STEMI, PCI, impella, IABP
• Experience with peripheral angiogram and intervention work
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
