Sr. Manager, Business Intelligence

Salary: $119,000 - 198,300 per year Requirements:

• Were looking for a degree-qualified professional with typically 9+ years of experience and at least 1+ year in a supervisory or management capacity.
• You bring 9+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance analytics.
• You have 1+ years of people leadership experience.
• Youre adept at turning business questions into actionable analytical insights.
• Youve led the creation of dashboards and performance reporting.
• Youre proficient with visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or comparable platforms.
• You have strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
• You can distill complex data into concise, business-ready insights.
• Experience supporting sales operations, commercial analytics, or business operations is preferred.
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution environments is preferred.
• Experience with modern analytics platforms and cloud-based data environments such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or Synapse is preferred.
• Experience with SQL or other data querying tools is preferred.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• We lead the analytics strategy for Sales Operations & Governance by developing performance metrics, dashboards, and insights that support data-driven decisions.
• We manage, coach, and develop a team of analysts focused on reporting, dashboard creation, and analytical delivery.
• We partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify analytics needs, shape the right analytical approach, and turn questions into action-oriented insights.
• We analyze business trends, operational performance, and customer metrics to uncover growth opportunities, efficiency gains, and smarter decision-making.
• We oversee the build and ongoing support of scalable dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies.
• We collaborate with technology and data teams to ensure data quality, reporting infrastructure, and analytics solutions align with business needs.
• We establish reporting standards, dashboard governance, and analytics best practices to promote consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
