Sales Support Administrator

General Summary
The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for supporting internal and external customers to help drive business forward on a day-to-day basis. This position is located at our BTG IPI facility in De Pere, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full order lifecycle, including customer communication, internal order processing, shipment tracking, invoicing, inventory oversight, and compliance with terms and conditions to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Build and strengthen internal and external relationships by partnering closely with customers, sales representatives, vendors and cross-functional teams (supply chain, operations, finance) to support business objectives, resolve issues, and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and oversee customer and vendor data within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment across business operations.
- Prepare and communicate quotes and professional correspondence to customers and strategic business partners in support of sales and account management activities
- Responsible for own personal safety, the safety of the team and those around you.
- Work in accordance with and enforce compliance with all BTG policies (ex: Safety, Code of Conduct, Commercial Policy, Security Policy and Export Compliance) to maintain BTG reputation and image.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines

- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, follow-through, and process integrity.
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and a high level of integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify issues and support effective solutions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Teams; intermediate Excel skills preferred
- Previous ERP experience required; SAP, reporting and data analysis experience strongly preferred.
Required Education/Experience:
- Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative support
- Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: purchasing, logistics and/or sale support.
