PROLIM Global Corporation () is currently seeking Helpdesk Support for a position in Memphis, TN with one of our top clients.

Duration: 6 Months (With Possible Extension)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Support professional to provide front-line IT support for a logistics center and third-party logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with desktop support, logistics applications, SAP, Office 365, network connectivity, and incident/problem management.


Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for PCs, applications, network connectivity, and logistics applications.
• Support SAP and logistics-related applications and troubleshoot user issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents within established service levels.
• Perform incident triage, prioritization, escalation, and resolution.
• Participate in Problem Management and identify root causes of recurring incidents.
• Work with business process owners and IT teams to implement process improvements.
• Support risk assessments for logistics applications and hardware.
• Provide support for software releases, system upgrades, patches, and new service rollouts.
• Coordinate with Help Desk and IT Service Line Managers for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate incident documentation and follow standard IT support processes.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong customer service.

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support .
• Experience supporting logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations .
• Hands-on experience with SAP application support .
• Experience supporting PCs, printers, scanners, and network connectivity .
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 , including Outlook, Teams, and related applications.
• Strong knowledge of Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, applications, and network issues.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple support requests.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
