In addition, the position will assist with the processing of corporate invoices. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with multiple departments and stores to correctly code and apply payments Data entry of payments, record payments on spreadsheets Meet weekly and monthly deadlines Process incoming invoices for payment Invoice to Purchase Order cost verification, data entry of the invoice information Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables work Filing Skills & Requirements POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel is a plus Must be detailed oriented and able to work at a fast pace with the ability to multi task Must be able to work 40 hours/week Must be willing to work overtime as needed Qualifications Don't see a job that meets with your interests?
