Production Planner - Contract To Hire

The Production Planner position in Lilburn, GA, is a vital role that transforms customer demand into a practical production schedule. This company is known for its commitment to quality and innovation in the electronics manufacturing sector.

Shift of the Production Planner:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate/Salary of the Production Planner:
$25/hr

Responsibilities of the Production Planner:

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule using Cetec ERP, ensuring efficient sequencing of work orders.
• Release work orders with comprehensive documentation to support production processes.
• Manage material planning and shortage reports to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align production schedules with engineering changes and customer requirements.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, driving corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications of the Production Planner:

• Associate degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three years of experience in production planning or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• U.S. Person status as defined under ITAR regulations.
