Cardiac Tele Registered Nurse

We are seeking a Cardiac Tele Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in a cardiac telemetry setting. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and rhythms. Assessment of patients' conditions and implementing care plans will be key responsibilities. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is vital for patient care. The unit accepts patients with a variety of cardiac diagnoses. Special procedures include pre/post CABG, TAVR, CEA, and cardiac cath/PCI. Knowledge and experience with Epic charting system are required. A flexible schedule is needed, including every other weekend and holidays as required. Candidates must be able to complete work history verification going back 7 years. Compliance documentation must be submitted 10 days prior to the start date.
