TNAA TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit Director for a travel nursing job in South Charleston, West Virginia. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Interim Critical Care Director to oversee CVICU, ICU and the future SICU - Required: 2 to 5 years of nurse manager or director experience, BLS (AHA), BSN required, MSN or MBA preferred, Experience (clinical or management) in the medical ICU and CVICU, CCRN, Knowledge of Quality and Patient Outcomes, including but not limited to CLABSIs, CAUTIs, VAP, and Sepsis. - Must have lead quality improvement initiatives, knowledge of Joint Commission readiness and CMS standards Exp in Budget development Productivity management Capital Budget planning ICU flow optimization Interdiscipclinary collaboration Integrate ICU care models across the various ICUs Proven success in leading cultural transformation Experience managing resistance across diverse teams Relationship & Influence skills About TNAA TotalMed RN TotalMed is a Top Ten, travel nursing and healthcare staffing agency with the mission of igniting purpose in healthcare.
