Sr Systems Analyst

Salary: $101,030 - 121,990 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree or higher in information technology or a related field such as computer science, management information systems, math, or information systems, plus at least four years of relevant experience designing, developing, programming, and/or supporting IT systems and applications.
• In place of a bachelors degree, we may accept a minimum of six years of relevant experience designing, developing, programming, and/or supporting IT systems and applications.

• We gather, document, create, and refine technical requirements using story cards while maintaining team boards.
• We produce foundational artifacts such as documentation, data flow diagrams, and context diagrams to support the design, development, and implementation of new systems and enhancements.
• We lead Agile ceremonies for the team using scrum and/or kanban practices, including daily stand-up meetings.
• We lead and contribute to monthly and quarterly planning sessions.
• We participate in requirements reviews to confirm completeness and alignment with documentation standards and methodologies.
• We perform detailed analysis and create metrics by collecting, interpreting, monitoring, and auditing information for Planview Portfolios.

We are hiring for a contractor assignment on our Technical Systems Analyst Senior team, supporting the Planview Connected Solution program. In this role, we partner with multiple groups to facilitate stand-ups, collaborative problem-solving, and requirement reviews while helping deliver value-added business functions and technical solutions for our internal customers. Our projects are primarily run in an Agile/SCRUM environment, though some may follow Waterfall.
