Part-Time Universal Banker (20 Hours), Miracle Mile Branch

The Universal Banker is an entry level position responsible for assisting in the execution of sales, product or service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The overall objective of this role is to foster relationships with customers to build loyalty and help increase sales to individual consumer clients. Responsibilities Assist in basic account opening for existing customers Provide service delivery to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively Support sales and service activities within the branch by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc. Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding assets by driving compliance with applicable laws and regulations, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency Qualifications 1-3 years of relevant experience Previous retail banking or similar experience required Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Education High school diploma or equivalent Location Los Angeles, California, United States Employment Type Part time Posting Close Date April 15, 2026 Citi is an equal opportunity employer, and qualified candidates will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other characteristic protected by law.
