Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator

Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn is looking for a highly motivated Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator to work directly with our service customers and identify opportunities for them to upgrade into a newer vehicle.

With 50+ service customers visiting our dealership every day, you'll have a consistent stream of opportunities and a real chance to build a successful career.

What You'll Do

Meet and assist customers while their vehicles are being serviced
Identify customers with positive trade equity or upgrade opportunities
Explain the benefits of upgrading to a new Hyundai
Present personalized upgrade options based on customer needs
Schedule appointments and introductions with the sales team
Follow up with customers using our CRM database and dealership tools
Stay current on inventory, incentives, and special programs
Work closely with both the service and sales departments

This is not a cold-calling position. You'll work directly with customers already doing business with our dealership, creating opportunities to help them lower payments, upgrade features, or simply move into a newer vehicle.

What We're Looking For

Automotive sales, customer service, or dealership experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Comfort with CRM software and dealership management systems
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license
