E-Commerce Media Buyer

Zulay Kitchen is looking for a Media Buyer who knows how to turn ad spend into revenue.

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand selling across Amazon, DTC, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces — and we’re looking for someone who can help us scale our paid media while keeping performance at the center of every decision.

This isn't a role where you simply launch campaigns and let them run. We want someone who watches the numbers, understands the creative, tests aggressively, and knows when to scale, optimize, or kill an ad.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta
• Monitor daily performance, budgets, ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates
• Scale winning campaigns while identifying and cutting underperforming campaigns
• Build, launch, test, and optimize new campaigns and audiences
• Conduct ongoing audience, creative, placement, and offer testing
• Identify what ads and messaging are performing
• Provide clear feedback on creative concepts, hooks, angles, and ad performance
• Analyze campaign data and turn it into actionable decisions
• Manage daily and monthly ad budgets
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and increase revenue
• Track competitor advertising and market trends
• Create regular performance reports and communicate key insights to leadership
• Continuously test new strategies, platforms, audiences, and creative approaches
• Help develop and improve our overall paid media strategy as Zulay continues to scale

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of hands-on paid media/buying experience
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager
• TikTok Ads experience strongly preferred
• Google Ads experience is a plus
• Proven experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPM, CVR, and attribution
• Highly analytical and comfortable working with large amounts of data
• Strong understanding of performance creative
• Experience with e-commerce/DTC is strongly preferred
• Comfortable testing, experimenting, and making decisions quickly
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and reporting skills
