Poly Trucking is headquartered in Grand Prairie, TX. We are a long and short-haul domestic carrier. Our fleet is comprised of late model, company-owned trucks. Compensation

Average Annual Pay: $70,000 - $90,000. Highest earners exceeding $90,000

No forced dispatch. Earning ability is directly linked to driver flexibility and willingness to accept loads Base 70 CPM with an average of 2,500-2,800 miles weekly

Stop pay: $30

$100 for layover, holdover (at facility waiting for a load), and breakdown

Referral Bonus: $1,000 for each driver that stays for at least 30 days

Monthly Reimbursements: $25 cleaning supplies

$50 for cell phone

Up to $35 a night for parking

Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time: Out between 2-3 weeks. Living closer to the factory may have more home time

Level of Touch: No Touch Freight

Equipment

Late model Peterbilt and International Sleeper Tractors and 53 ft dry van trailers

Automatic

Drivers have flexibility to outfit their own cab interior

Governed speed: 68 mph

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have CDL A license

Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 6 months

No DUI/DWIs

Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations

Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
