Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to general medicine patients in a medical-surgical setting. Deliver high-quality patient assessments, treatments, and education while ensuring safety and compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures effectively.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
• Document patient interactions, care plans, and progress accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care strategies.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and every third weekend.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused skills.
