Key Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Accurately and timely document all therapy services provided
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in accordance with applicable practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to varying schedules, settings, and patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehab or skilled nursing facility setting
• Experience supervising PTAs or Rehab Techs
