State-of-the-Art Facility No Weekends! Lynnwood Honda is expanding our service team and seeking a skilled Mechanic with experience working on Honda small engines and Echo power equipment. Earnings based on your skill, speed, and performance We promote from within and offer clear advancement into flat ‑ rate technician roles Honda factory training provided to help you build your career Modern equipment, clean workspaces, and a supportive shop culture Consistent workflow so you can maximize your hours Work with leaders who value respect, communication, and technician success $19 - $25 per hour depending on experience – we pay more for your experience Productivity bonuses Great schedule with flexibility Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment 401(k) retirement plan with employer match after one year of employment Paid sick days, vacation and holidays Company-provided uniforms Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain Honda small engines and Echo power equipment, including generators, lawn equipment, trimmers, blowers, and related power tools Perform routine service, tune ‑ ups, carburetor work, fuel system repairs, and mechanical adjustments Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and performance issues Document repair findings and communicate clearly with Service Advisors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines Qualifications: Previous experience repairing small engines required (Honda/Echo preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical shop tasks Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
