We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Pay & Schedule $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience) Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends! What You'll Do Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person Accurately enter and process customer orders Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and product availability Partner with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly and on time Handle returns, credits, and customer inquiries professionally Build positive relationships with customers while providing solutions and support What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience required Distribution, wholesale, or inventory-related experience is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office ERP system experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Benefits Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Weekly Pay Wellness Benefits Stable Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity to grow with a respected industry leader Location Woodridge, IL Ready to grow your career?
