Job Description bInterim Healthcare is seeking Occupational Therapists (OT) for home care cases throughout the State of Delaware. Interim supplies its nurses with PPE, comprehensive prevention protocol and close monitoring of COVID-19 developments Purpose of Occupational Therapist (OT): OTs are needed for minimal hands‑on therapy; this will include evaluations & counseling. Clients are part of a program that is statewide for seniors aging in place. Each client/case is a five‑to‑six‑month program with 6 OT visits throughout. You will be responsible for the full number of visits for each client. Requirements of Occupational Therapist (OT): Appropriate license to practice in the State of Delaware. At least six (6) months of experience within the last five (5) years working as an OT within a hospital, home care or nursing home setting in the United States. CPR certified. Negative TB test result. Pass a background check. Provide two (2) professional references. Able to travel to cases as assigned. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks.
