Business Operations Manager

We're growing, and I'm hiring an operations manager with healthcare experience to help run and improve how our business operates day to day. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership. You'll manage our client and vendor agreements, oversee key parts of our people and workforce operations, and keep the business running across multiple accounts. It's a strong fit for someone who likes untangling problems, tightening up how things work, and being trusted to run their own area. What you'll own Managing client and vendor contracts and the relationships behind them Overseeing workforce and people operations — hiring coordination, onboarding, and policy Keeping daily operations running smoothly across our book of business Spotting what isn't working and putting better processes in place What I'm looking for Healthcare experience is required — you understand how the industry works A strong grasp of operational processes and procedures Someone who reads the fine print and catches what others miss A strong operator who can juggle competing priorities and shift gears fast Clear communication and dependable follow-through This is a full‑time, remote position based in the U.S., with compensation around $80K. #J-18808-Ljbffr
