POSITION OVERVIEW:

Pediatric Nurses provide care for patients ranging from infancy to young adulthood. Their responsibilities include conducting developmental screenings, administering immunizations, and treating common ailments such as chickenpox and tonsillitis. Collaborating closely with family physicians, pediatricians, and fellow nurses, they deliver both preventive and critical care. In this role, you will also educate parents and family members on preventing childhood illnesses and promoting proper nutrition for healthy growth and development.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have a minimum of one year of recent experience in pediatrics. A South Carolina State Healthcare Provider license is required or the willingness to obtain one.

Required Certifications:

This role may necessitate one or more of the following certifications: BLS, PALS.
