Territory Sales Manager

Precision Sales Recruiting is hiring a Territory Sales Manager on behalf of a global manufacturer of weighing, sensing, and machine-control technology for the heavy-equipment industry. The company is launching a wheel-loader weighing system into the North American market, and this is the first dedicated sales seat for that launch. The person in this role opens and builds the dealer network from the ground up across the Southeast, then expands nationally as the territory grows. You reach out to dealer leads, warm them, qualify the decision maker, and hand off qualified dealers to a technical team that handles demos, installation, and quoting. You are the person who opens doors, not the ongoing account manager. What You Will Do Work company-provided dealer leads, roughly 20 new each week from a CRM already loaded with about 300 contacts, by phone and email Prospect wheel-loader attachment dealers, independent weighing and scale dealers, and construction machine dealers across the Southeast Gather market intelligence and pain points, then qualify the decision maker and confirm fit Hand qualified dealers to the dealer development and technical experts for demo, installation, and quote Travel on site to larger dealers while working contractors and end users by phone Maintain a disciplined CRM cadence and hit KPIs on calls, demos scheduled, and dealers landed What We Are Looking For Roughly three years of B2B sales experience with a genuine hunter motion: daily outbound, warming cold leads, and disciplined follow-up Technical or industrial product sales experience, for example sensors, controls, construction, earth-moving, or industrial equipment Dealer, distributor, or channel selling experience CRM discipline and a defined prospecting cadence Stable tenure, roughly three to four years per company Able to commute to Peachtree City, Georgia, within roughly a 50-mile radius Preferred Experience selling weighing or scale systems, such as loader-scale products or selling to loader-attachment, independent weighing, heavy-equipment, or construction-technology dealers Fluency with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $80,000 to $90,000, benchmarked in the first weeks Two-part commission: a monthly component on qualified leads generated, plus a residual on your dealers' sales, paid semi-annually Realistic Year 1 on-target earnings of $120,000 to $130,000, with a clear path higher Mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate on your own vehicle, per diem for meals, and a company card for hotel and airfare Strong benefits package with employer-paid coverage, HSA contribution, 401k, company-paid life, Teladoc, and an EAP #J-18808-Ljbffr
