Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Hudsonville, MI

Shift: 1st shift openings

Pay: $17-20/hr

• Assist with general production tasks, including assembly, packaging, and material handling
• Load and unload materials, parts, and finished goods
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
• Support machine operators and production staff with various tasks
• Inspect parts and materials for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Manufacturing facility with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
• Physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks

• 1st shift availability
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
