Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be part of the Member Supervision Membership Application Program (MAP) supporting strategic modernization initiatives to enhance and improve the member application process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Contract (Initial 12 Month Contract, Extension Likely)

Pay Range

$74/hr - $78/hr W2

What's the Job?

• Lead the development and implementation of application platform modernization projects.
• Drive automation of scoring, triage, and fee calculations to improve operational efficiency.
• Deploy GenAI-assisted research and document summarization tools to enhance decision-making processes.
• Manage migration from legacy systems to contemporary Intelligence Workspace platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved within the strategic timeline.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree, with 5-7+ years of product management experience with large and/or enterprise organizations. Product management within the financial services sector is a plus!
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with ability to successfully manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of automation, AI, and system migration processes is preferred.
• Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate multiple teams effectively.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to financial services and/or applications.
